7 days. 7 rules. 7 workouts. Join me for a workout a day, either in person or request the online version if you can't make it! A challenge over Christmas to keep active, start the year with intention and do something just for you! 30/12/24... Day 1 - Boxing Beasts... 8pm @ Graig Hall, Bassaleg, Newport 31/12/24... Day 2 - Online Beasts... 10am (online workout from private group for Beasts!) 01/01/25... Day 3 - Beasts in the wild... 9am @ Southfields, Cwmbran 02/02/25... Day 4 - Strong Beast... 8pm @ Caerwent Village Hall 03/02/25... Day 5 - Beast Party... 6pm @ Henllys Village Hall, Cwmbran 04/02/25... Day 6 - Beast Run... 10am @ Southfields, Cwmbran 05/02/25...
